Starting Point Meeting near Margaret Bridge on the Pest side of downtown.
Find your Guide with the branded Kheper21 ebike by the Imre Nagy Monument located in Jászai Mari tér.
Parliament We will cross the French styled Margaret Bridge and stop to view the magnificent Hungarian Parliament from a great vantage point.
Gellert Bath The famous thermal spa is also on the way so we will definitely not be missing an opportunity to discover this sanctuary of urban life in Budapest.
Statue of Liberty and Mount St. Gerald It offers by far the best view over the whole city. En route we ride by a military fortification, named Citadella that has remained here since the 19th Century. Rewarding our efforts, we can enjoy the urban landscape in the shade of the Hungarian Lady of Liberty.
Garden of Philosophers This monument on the slopes of Mount St. Gerald is the least Hungarian inspired piece of art in the whole city. We can find people meditating and to admiring the city among statues of the most influential thinkers, cast in bronze. Let us join them at least for a moment.
Rock Hospital and WW2 Bunker Ancient wine cellars and secret passage ways transformed into a hospital under ground during World War 2. Nowdays the complex is popular among those who want to know more about the siege of Budapest and other more sinister events.
Fisherman’s Bastions and the Matthias Church Mediavel-looking towers encircle the oldest still functioning Catholic church in Buda named after a much popular king, Matthias the Righteous.
Short Break Let us treat you to a drink in the courtyard of a Medieval house.
Royal Palace It was home to many Hungarian kings from the 13th Century until World War I. The political center of the late monarchy continues to play a role in modern democracy. We pass by the residences of the top political leaders to scout coutyards and fountains of the century-old Royal Palace.
Ending point Tour ends near Margaret Bridge, in Carl Lutz rakpart (pier 4).
